COMPLAINT AGAINST LAWYER BY ATUR CHATUR
HOW SOMEONE CAN BE TRAPPED BY A LAWYER WHO MAY CONNIVE WITH OPP PARTY?
The lawyers at Junagarh Court are up in ante against me as I changed my approx dozens of lawyers and filed complaints against half of them. I want to know the right procedure to file complaint against advocate or record, aor, lawyer, colicitor, barrister and also against a judge. In my matters, even the judge has fixed huge maintenance despite predecessor judge having badly scolded my wife for filing false dv complaint. Can I file a complaint against a judge? On what grounds>? what could be the best grounds to file complaint against a family court judge so that the judge is made bound to put my submissions on record which he is not doing. Kindly suggest
Advocate's Complaint must be done to Bar Council of India rather than going through Bar Council of that court or the Bar Council of that state concerned. This is because the BCI near Bal Bhawan ITO in Delhi is the competent and non-corrupt authority having powers wider than the district level bar council or that of the states/ cities in INDIA. But the complaint against lawyer must be to the point and there should not be any mud slinging. Removing of wife's lawyer is a very big win for the NRI husband hence file a complaint against lawyer / advocate as soon as he does some unscruplous/ corrupt or unethical activity. If in mediation, the lawyer of husband or that of the opposite party acts as an adversary as against the principles of mediation as laid down by the Supreme Court of India hence in such circumstances complaint should be made and such advocate or lawyer must be removed from the CAW Cell itself, because in a false caw cell complaint by wife, a vexatious plaint writer is the major instigator and he is usually a very well settled and experienced criminal lawyer who helps the wife write a world class caw cell complaint of the wife against her NRI husband, and this NRI or Indian husband must file LTR without going to PS in a manner that 498a or CAW is closed before inception itself i.e., NIP-IT-IN-THE-BUD tactics as famously referred to by the aturchatur expert in 498a and caw in delhi
